Spend your Valentine's Day in a lovely setting, surrounded by gourmet desserts and coffees, candlelight, flowers, and live music. Enjoy special entertainment, a showcase of dances from around the world performed by members of Colorful Waves and selected guest dancers presenting Salsa, Hula, Ote`a, poi, Bellydance and more. There will also be Door prizes. Seating is limited and advance reservations are strongly recommended. Singles, couples and groups welcome.
This is a catered event prepared by Chef Sahin Ibis. He has been serving up delicious desserts and international cuisine for almost twenty years. Having trained in French and Italian cuisine at a five-star hotel in Istanbul, he is now the chef at Vespa Cibobuono in Chapel Hill. He is skilled in bread-baking, cake and pastry production, Italian and French fare, historical Ottoman Court dishes, and Turkish food, both traditional and fusion. He is available for catering and private cooking lessons.
